A Twitter style tea towel with embroidered 'Birthday Girl' message.

The Tweet Towel is a mash up of traditional crafts and digital communication. For those less tech-savvy, a tweet is a 140 character message that you can send via the website Twitter. And a tea towel is... well you probably know what they are. Make one for yourself, make one for your mates or make one for your favourite old dear to introduce them to the joys of all things webby.

Made in Turkey and embroidered in the UK. All packaging is 100% recyclable.

A Tweet Towel is a tea towel with a personal miniature message embroidered onto it. A cross-stitched speech bubble in the bottom right hand corner of the towel will display your message, up to 140 characters and written in the style of a Tweet. This one says: '@Birthdaygirl Birthdays are the best excuse for not doing the washing up... #Happybirthday.'

Made from:

Made from absorbent white woven cotton. There is a diagonal hanging hook on the reverse corner, satin taffeta label and it's packaged in an A4 gift box with clear panel to view the personal messages. Machine wash at 40 degrees max. Do not tumbledry.
