Watershed was established in late 2011 when founder Jake saw a gap in the market for a store-lead brand, producing high quality products that cater for the consumer’s direct needs and ability. The store opened in early 2012 to immediate success.

Everything is designed in the store, then each product is carefully discussed and tested prior to manufacture. Quality materials, manufacture and aesthetics are at the forefront of all our products. If we can’t make the product ourselves to fulfil our criteria, then we look for the best partners and craftsmen to assist us. Many of the Watershed hard goods products are manufactured at our premises. If we don’t have the facilities, then we produce them in close proximity to the store using highly skilled individuals.
