It takes us an age to strip the enamel paint off pieces like this, apply our special ageing processes, re-strip, refine and seal the finish... but the patination of the steel we achieve is utterly gorgeous and totally worth the time spent (we think !)...We don't normally go for such a shiny finish, but the client who commissioned this piece wanted the combination of aged patina, with a modern shiny, clean finish so we had it clear gloss powder coated... we just love mixing things up a bit... and we were all thrilled with the results... it was so strokable !
