A set of handmade ceramic plant tags to hang on your plants for identification.
Glazed on the front with a leaf design they are left unglazed on the back to write the plant name in pencil.
This set makes a lovely gift for gardeners and comes in its own hessian bag with four tags on natural cord and a small pencil. They would also make wonderful original gift tags.
Available in two colours: Pink or green roughly 10cm long.
