My name is Tom, from Cornwall, UK and I am a designer and maker for Unique's Co. a small company dedicated to bespoke, quality decor and lighting. Most items are made to order, from our tables to our jar lamps and ceiling lighting. We now also offer gifting products from jewellery to fun engraved keyrings.

My lighting products are often nautical themed, due to my location in Cornwall surrounded by small fishing villages, which have inspired me to create these unique designs.

    "A very unique and individual lamp. I now have two of these both customised to my requirements. The seller, Tom couldn't have been more helpful replied to my emails almost instantly which was much appreciated and was a pleasure to chat with online when I needed to confirm my order details. The lamp is a much admired addition to my home and looks very attractive set in the beamed feature of our Barn. I can truthfully say I would not hesitate to do business with this seller again and would highly recommend his unique and very special rope lamps always so carefully packaged, someone who obviously takes greats pride in his workmanship. Thank you again my two rope lamps are highly treasured and add a lovely warm touch to any home, traditional or modern."

Delivery

If ordering items for wet area use (bathroom / outside) please check which IP rating you need for your wet zone before ordering.

When ordering I recommend providing your contact telephone number, this way you will receive a notification text message with details of your delivery, without a contact number you will not receive notifications.

Please understand, there is no delivery from the 24th of December until the 3rd of January for Christmas holidays. Also, no delivery on bank holidays or Sundays.

All product dimensions are listed at the bottom of ''Product Details'' tab on each product page, please check this if you require a certain sized product.

Please understand as the majority of items are hand made there may be chances of slight blemishes on the shades due to manufacturing process, although these will be un-noticeable when installed.

If you require a certain finish to match, please feel free to ask for a finish sample to check before ordering. Image colours can vary depending on the users monitor settings, this is out of our control.

All items are tested before despatch but please understand that occasionally fragile items like light bulbs can be damaged in transit. Filament light bulbs have an estimated life of 3000 hours, they are not guaranteed.

Please note all delivery dates are estimated (not guaranteed). It may be better to wait for delivery before booking electrician's as once in transit for delivery there can be unexpected delay's out of our control.

Terms and Conditions

Orders are usually sent via DHL and tracking / delivery notifications will be sent to the email and / or text message that were provided when making your order. If you do not leave sufficient email or telephone details tracking will not be received this way.

If you wish for your delivery to be left with a neighbour or in a safe place, please mention this in checkout notes. Delivery safe place requests are at the customers risk, Unique's Co. holds no responsibility for safety / protection if you wish for your delivery to be left in a safe place.

Items are dispatched from England, if you are importing to another country please be aware of potential import charges, this is the customers responsibility and the customer must cover these costs.

Any un-delivered orders must be reported to seller within 14 days of the advertised delivery date.

Returns Policy:

Returns accepted only for items damaged during delivery transit or, if faulty within 28 days of purchase date.

For returned items that were advertised as 'Made To Order' or any items that have had cable shortened there will be a 25% re-stock fee.

If products are returned without the included light bulbs there will be a 10% refund reduction.

It is highly unlikely but if you have any product faults, please feel free to contact us for a solution, do NOT attempt to dismantle products yourself, this will void possible returns.
