The top of this charming Trinkets Chest is hand made from solid Scottish Wych burr Elm by British Furniture Designer & Maker Miles Chambers. The burr effect in wood is characterised by its swirling grain and beautifully illustrates the past life of tree.

This piece is constructed using traditional Mortise and Tenon joints. It has a solid English Oak frame. The side and front panels are made from reclaimed pine. The lid is held when open by natural cotton rope in an off-white colour and bound with heavy duty thread.

This piece is perfect as a memory box to store all those wonderful trinkets acquired through life's travels. A unique gift for someone special!
