  I ordered this on Sunday and the products arrived by Tuesday, despite the fact it was getting close to Christmas. The cosies are good quality and represent value for money.

  The service was absolutely fantastic. My goods arrived within 24 hours and they are exactly as soon online. Very, very cute and I love my teacosy. Just got to find a teapot now!

  I had to return the egg cosies as one of the cats was faulty (no ears!) I had to chase up a replacement as I returned the faulty ones and then didn't hear anything (I had contacted them to advise that I would be returning them and this was acknowledged by the seller). I was also told I would have my postage re-embursed but that didn't happen.

  The product is excellent. i already had a tea cosy and this was a gift for a French friend who admired my cosy when she visited. She makes quilts etc. but was impressed by the workmanship.
