13 Sep 2010The shelf itself is lovely. HOWEVER it wasn't the shelf in the picture (the picture has since been changed I've noticed to the correct shelf) and the rope which the shelf is hung by although looks attractive is covered with some kind of oil. This is impossible to clean off and has stained my bathroom wall with big grease patches wherever it makes contact :( So I shall now be redecorating as a result of this purchase and for want of anything better to do I have had to put a plastic bag at all points of contact between the rope and wall so it looks ridiculous. Overall, very disappointed as this wasn't a cheap shelf and it had ruined my bathroom...

We are very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your purchase. I am slightly confused regarding the image of the product, as the seller assures us that no changes have been made to their product images as they have been on holiday. They do, however, make a huge range of home accessories with many colours and designs and they are more than happy to make a replacement if you return the original product.
