19 Apr 2011When came in the post...bent badly ...packaged poor also front of card lovely need to concentrate on quality of the inside ,very disappointed with a £16 card.

the card was beautiful unfortunately it was sent in brown paper and I was pleased to be home when it was delivered because 'do not bend' was written on it so the postman left it by the front door and knocked, I answered the door to see the card blowing along the drive and it was wet in one corner, the card was not wet but creased, the envelope was a bog standard office style and cheapens the look of a £15 card, stiff packaging and better envelopes would make this a better purchase arriving in better condition.Beautiful so please improve.
