Oval wicker basket with handle, with a quilted cover made from a very pretty French vintage fabric dating from the 1950's, edged in Scottish natural linen. We first designed these baskets as a really pretty way to keep vegetables, particularly potatoes, in the kitchen - but of course they have a multitude of possible uses whether for your everyday shopping or as a really pretty picnic basket.
