In the box that arrives, you'll receive bags of fresh spices ready blended and measured out, along with a recipe card with easy-to-follow instructions. There's a full and precise shopping list given, and the simple instructions are timed so you know what to do when. Just follow the instructions, add the right bag of spices at the right time, and you'll create a delicious and fragrant feast!
For the starter, there's Ma Hor (spiced caramelised peanuts and fresh pineapple) with Pork Larp, and prawn crackers with a tongue-tingling home-made sweet chilli sauce.
Then for mains, you'll be serving up a Red Thai Chicken Curry, Braised Tofu with Garlic and Ginger, Thai Vegetable Salad, and pickles with Nam Prik dressing.
After that, for dessert there's Thai Jasmine Sticky Coconut Rice with Mango, all washed down with Lemongrass Tea.
The meal is designed to feed up to 8 people. Although meat dishes are included in the meal, it's designed so that everyone can eat a full and delicious meal, including vegetarians - so, if you have vegetarians as part of the group you don't need to worry. It shouldn't take more than a couple of hours to cook, and it doesn't require any specialist equipment. All of the ingredients you'll need (chicken, vegetables etc) are readily available from a normal supermarket, so you can have an impressive and hassle-free dinner party!
The box is cardboard, and all bags of spices are made of plastic, and contain only fresh ground or whole spices.
