The Print Bureau

Hello. I am Janine Hardy, an artist and printmaker who would like to welcome you to The Print Bureau, home of original handcrafted silkscreen prints and posters.

Possessing a degree and a masters in Fine Art and a desire to create hand-printed goods I could share with the world, I began to research the different methods of producing multiples of my designs in small batches. As a self-confessed technophobe on a mission to bypass digital technology and ready to get my hands dirty, I set out to explore the traditional art of printmaking.

With a squeegee in hand and a silk screen clamped to my dining room table, I taught myself to screen print. I was instantly hooked.

With my new found passion for low-tech printing methods and inpired by antique prints and old botanical school charts, The Print Bureau was created.
