The Preservation Society produces multi award winning chutneys, sirops and preserves packed with flavour in the heart of the Wye Valley.

We love to use local seasonal ingredients and work with a number of local growers

We use the traditional open pan method. We stir, jar, lid & label every jar and bottle with our own hands!

Angharad, a Farmer's Daughter, began the business in 2011, after years of making preserves for friends and family. She delights in using the glut of local produce working with brilliant "SwapCroppers" and traditional recipes from her Grandmothers along with modern twists. She runs the business in and around her young children and is delighted that the preserves have won a number of Great Taste awards, a World Marmalade Award and a Wales the True Taste Award too.
