03 Jan 2012The holes in the product did not align - it was a present for someone, so this was very disappointing - we have had to drill an additional hole to correct this flaw. Not good enough.

Whilst we always try to ensure every item is fit for sale very rarely we experience odd manufacturing faults which seems to be the problem with the item you have received. This is the first such fault we have encountered with this item and would have been happy to send a replacement in time for Christmas if you had let us know at the time, we are however happy to hear you were able to resolve it.
