The Note Studio

The Note Studio is a new stationery company in North West London. We have a delightful selection of personalised invitations, monogrammed cards and note papers - some illustrated, some photographic and some a mixture of both.

A little bit about me… my name is Andrea Stark. Having trained as a graphic designer in New Zealand, I graduated and was lucky to get a job at the most prestigious design consultancy in the country. After 4 years there, I came to London and worked on some fabulous big branding projects with some truly inspirational people. Then I had kids - and life changed. I wanted to be a stay-at-home mum and I wanted to keep designing and keep my computer skills up! I freelanced and built up a little part time design business at home. This was fun and I got to do some lovely High Street fashion work. It kept me busy and I loved it - but I was constantly asked by other mums to design invitations and paper products for their households and I was beginning to really enjoy it. The design opportunities were endless and it was fun designing for kids! So I created The Note Studio - now designing good, modern household stationery is my full time job.

I really love illustration and my background has meant I gained a real insight into researching who the best people are. I am now working with some of Britain's most talented illustrators and turning The Note Studio into something really quite special. The illustrations are complimented with contemporary typography and layouts - and the best part is - we add to them all the time.

Being on notonthehighstreet is fun. I've always enjoyed browsing and purchasing on here and am really glad to be a part of such a great concept. I hope you enjoy my storefront.
