At the time of ordering the product online, my confirmation email went to the junk folder, which I didn't realise and thought there was something wrong with the transaction. I contacted the store to double check but they never responded which I did find a bit off putting. Upon checking the junk folder, I found the confirmation email and knew for definite that the order had gone through. If I hadn't had done so, I would have left wondering if the order had completed. 2 points - store needs to ensure their email does not get treated as junk ( as most store confirmation doesn't including my own website) and 2nd point, store needs to respond to their customers efficiently and effectively.
