Delivery is made by courier (City-Link) weekdays Monday - Friday between 9am - 5:30pm. Please ensure that there is someone in to sign for the parcel or that you leave suitable delivery instructions with your order such as "Try a neighbour if out" "Leave in porch"

If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful a card will be left to tell the recipient and the parcel will automatically go out the following day for another attempt at delivery. Only 2 attempts will be made.
