  surprised that only one pen is supplied for four boards

  Not sure how to rate this one as it said delivery 2-3 weeks and it's now been 4 and no sign of them.

We are expecting them to arrive this week and as soon as they arrive we'll ship them on a next day delivery with our courier DPD.   I haven;t received them yet despite dispatch apparently on 18/10

  We are sorry that you did not receive your goods as quickly as you had hoped and understand the disappointment this has caused. We give an accurate estimated delivery time on the product page and provide an estimated dispatch date when accepting your order. You will notice that your order does have a delivery estimate of 20-21 days as does the information on the product on the website. We are expecting these to arrive with us middle of next week and so as soon as they arrive we'll ship them 1st class. Kind regards Julie

Feefo send an automated request for feedback 2 weeks after the order has dispatched although in this case delivery for your order was always going to be approximately 21 working days after receipt of order. I'm sorry that this feedback request was sent before the product had arrived. We are working with our supplier to improve delivery and we will endeavour to turn around as soon as possible.
