09 May 2012The boards themselves are great, but the pen was on a line which was far too short to reach all 4 boards so I had to replace the line, and the fixings on the boards made them too unstable to write on so I've had to hot glue gun them onto the wall. The pen itself is good and I really like the eraser, but what happens when it runs out? The cord fixes through the pen lid so you would have to drill a hole through the lid of any replacement. Or find a pen that fits this lid!

Thanks for your feedback and we’re sorry to hear that you’re not totally happy with your purchase. When purchasing any product with a pen you would expect these to be a 'shelf life' attached to the pen. The length of this obviously depends on how frequently the pen is used. The only thing I can suggest is as you mentioned when the pen does eventually run out you see if you can attach a new pen to the cord. Kind regards
