    The perfect gift for the food lover in your life! The Big Cheese Making Kit is a simple, fun introduction to cheese making.

    There’s enough ingredients to make 12 batches, it comes with a beautiful recipe booklet, and the Kit has a shelf life of at least 12 months. Just add milk and you are on your way…

    All you need at home is a big pan and a colander, everything else is included in the kit, just add milk.

    Each batch is around 900g. 10kg is a lot of cheese!

    Said to be Scotland’s most ancient cheese, Crowdie dates back as far as Viking and Pictish times when it was made by every crofter in the Highlands of Scotland.

    This kit would make a great gift for anyone who enjoys food and appeals to all age ranges. The kit is also suitable for Vegetarians and is Gluten free. Most people don't know how easy and quick it is to make cheese so the kit comes as an excellent surprise!
