The Artisan Kitchen preserves, jams, marmalades are handmade and homemade - literally - in small batches in a big copper pot bubbling away at the heart of a small Gloucester kitchen. Everything we make is a bit special. Often made to order; great care, love and pride goes into all of our little jars of deliciousness using some of the best, hand-picked, seasonal produce, often discovered in private orchards, allotments, hedgerows and fruit farms.

We pack our jams full of fruit and our marmalades are rammed full of flavour. And to finish we always like to add a little twist to the final product, truly putting the 'Art' into The Artisan Kitchen.

Our produce has been awarded over 350 fine food accolades since 2011 from The Great Taste Awards, Taste of the West & The Worlds Original Marmalade Awards.

"Beautiful deep colour and glossy. Plum well macerated. Good solid set and texture. Judges detected plum on initial tasting which developed. Fruit takes centre stage. Nice acidity and the judges liked the concept of using heritage plums. Fruit sings instead of the sugar. "

"Summer Citrus Marmalade Italian Orange Bitters - A glossy marmalade with plenty of soft rinds from the fruits. We think the flavour is acidic and rich. We feel the Aperol enhances the bitterness on the finish, adding depth. A very well-made marmalade.It is simply delicious."

Delivery

Delivery Policy - All our parcels are either Sent with Royal Mail or our Tracked Courier service.

For orders via Royal Mail. If no one is in to take delivery of our parcels, a card will be left by Royal mail for you to rearrange delivery or collect from your local sorting office. If you do not rearrange delivery, the parcel will be held for three weeks at your local sorting office. if there is still no collection after three weeks the parcel will be returned to us. As our products are perishable, we cannot offer a refund for items returned to us through non collection.
