  Really disappointed with this. Ordered this at the end of November with expected delivery of 14 days. Finally received dispatch email on 19th December. Arrived on 21st December, therefore too late to send for Christmas. Also it was not the design I ordered. An apology note was handwritten saying that they had run out. By that time it was too late to send back for anything else. Not very happy.

  The item wasn't the same as shown on the site, I accepted it but wouldn't risk it again as I thought about for my 2 grandaughters in australia

  order was wrong - 2 out of 3 items had wrong image and name on them

  I was really disappointed with the product. I appreciate that as they are all individually screen printed that they will vary slightly from the picture you see when buying but the name had been placed so far off centre that it just looked cheap and poorly made. So much so, that I decided not to give it as a gift.

  The printing although supposed to be 'rustic' was uneven and faded. Could have done the same thing myself nuch cheaper! Wouldn't recommend.

  Not as great quality as I had hoped for :(

  I thought it was poor value for money at £6. I have since found children's rucksacks which have far more detail on the high street for £12. Also I had to return the item as the name was spelt incorrectly. A new one was sent the next working day, but unfortunately it had to be signed for which delayed the pick up. As it was a birthday present it was a week late. Disappointing as my first time using the site.

  Excellent - ordered as a present for someone else and my own daughter was dead jealous! Originally one came with marks on it but was replaced without quibble. Very impressive service.

  The name printed on the bag was off set, not central and the last letter of the print was half missing, extremeley dissappointed that whoever printed it out didnt feel it was not done to a high standard, shock someone would think it was good enough to send out to a customer.

  bag seemed ok but took AGES to arrive - over 3 weeks - so didn't arrive in time for the birthday it was intended for... so disappointed with the service but the product is ok

  Delighted with how both of the products looked however, one of the bags had black ink stains on the handle and the reverse of the product. Didn't spoil the gift, but perhaps just a quality control issue for future reference.

  A lovely little bag and just the right size for my 18 month old. On the nit-picking side there were a few loose threads hanging off, it could have been finished a little better but I love it.
