Tales From The Earth was founded in 1989 by John DeCosta and Jo Culf, two designers who had spent many years visiting and being inspired by a diversity of landscapes and cultures. From these travels across the globe, we quickly realized that people, the world over, are bound by the same themes of everyday life.

Whether living in the heart of London or on the African savannahs, we are all concerned with the same issues: love, health, happiness. We want to say thank you or good luck to someone. We want to mark a birth or celebrate a coming of age. We want to say I love you. These themes form the foundation of Tales' jewellery and keepsakes collections. People come to us because they want something beautiful and unusual.

Our designs, each with a bespoke message or story, are handmade to the highest quality and can be given for any and all of life's milestone occasions. Personalised items are engraved to order in our Battersea studio.

Delivery

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY - we dispatch our orders by 2nd class post. In the run up to Christmas, when parcels are taking much longer than usual, we will be sending parcels out by 1st class mail.

Our cut off for Christmas delivery is Wednesday December 20th at 2pm.

If you wish to pay for NEXT DAY DELIVERY then our cut off time is Thursday 21st December at 2pm.

Our studio will then be closed until January 3rd, for orders to be dispatched.

Please note: we will be monitering queries, but will NOT have any access to tracking information on orders sent before Christmas, so please don't contact us about late deliveries or returning a product until January 8th, when our admin fairy comes back from her well deserved holiday. Thank You.

After January 4th

We will dispatch your order within 1 day of receiving it. For UK addresses, by Second Class delivery and for international orders, International Registered Service (which may take up to a week or more in transit).

If you require a speedier delivery, we do offer an Next Day service for all mainland (non-remote) UK addresses. These orders need to be placed by 1pm , and are for next working day delivery. Please refer to notonthehighstreet.com delivery charges for further details.

Express deliveries require a signature from the receiver, so please use a delivery address where there will be someone to sign for the package.
