Carved from unseasoned green British green oak which will in time twist, shrink & move making it as individual as the person who is giving or receiving it. The natural finish will look better as it ages showing off the beauty of the wood. Green oak is timber that has not been seasoned. It still has a high water content from being the trees' life blood. These features add to the unique personality of each swing.
These swings truly are a special gift and will not fail to enchant & delight all those lucky enough to own one.
The rope is English made, whipped and spliced. It's softness will increase over time, but will remain strong.
