Su Rogers

Su Rogers graduated last year with a BA (Hons) 3DD/Ceramics. She is always developing new ranges of porcelain domestic ware.

She believes that drinking from a handmade mug enhances the flavour which can enrich your life.  Su designs will brighten your kitchen and make you smile.

They are hand thrown on a wheel with porcelain clay.  After a transparent gloss glaze firing each piece is uniquely decorated using hand cut transfers and fired again.  This loved but time consuming process, produces the art inspired, beautiful bright abstract designs.

The pieces look lovely on a dresser, but Su would love them to be used and fondly handled as functional items.  The style enhances any modern or period decor and make you feel when you see them, but wonderful when you use them.
