The Original - Designed by us and hand carved from a single piece of 2" thick British oak, our carvers use a gentle "fall" and the principle of gravity, to drain all the juices into a realistically large trough. They will accomodate the largest of joints and are a joy to behold and use. They come into their own as a carver, but are suitable for everyday use in the kitchen
As each is entirely unique, they make a great personal gift.
