Made from highly prized British-stock, FSC certified burr elm, our 1" thick cheeseboards marry simplicity with functionality. Rich colours and interlocking grain combine in this timber to produce exceptional one-off pieces.

Approximate measurements are 40.5x25.5x2.5cm (16"x10"x1").

Due to the exceptional beauty and scarcity of British Elm coupled with the sympathetic craftsmanship, these are without doubt our best sellers. The nature of this highly burred timber results in small open surfaces on the face of the board which need to be considered.

Our boards are not suitable for dishwasher use. Instead, wash with warm water and soap, allow to dry and wipe with olive oil to maintain the colour and smooth finish.
