We aim to deliver our goods within 3 - 7 days of receiving your order. However, during busy periods or when items are out of stock, please allow up to 28 days. We will notify you promptly if any item is delayed. We understand that sometimes the unlikely can occur and your order arrives damaged or faulty. In this case we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund provided we receive proof of purchase and your return is made within 7 days of receipt. We will be happy to refund the cost of returning the goods by first or second class post. We do not offer freepost on returned items. We advise you to send the package/s insured registered delivery and keep the receipt. We do not take responsibility for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit. You must inform us of any breakages or damage within 48 hours of delivery.
