Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you felt the gifts were not personalised enough. We tried to describe the product to the best of our ability explaining that it was not actual prints but generic prints that we use. If you wanted to send in actual hand and foot prints we would be delighted to make up a keyring for you. Kind regards Ruth Pinder

Keyring quality is good, but the witten print looks cheap, as does the hand and footprints.

I emailed the company querying why they had a picture of a babies foot in paint, to suggest the gift was TRULY personalised. I was very excited about my husband and I getting our newborns prints onto something so fantastic and was therefore disappointed. I did misread the text though. The quality of service from your website has been outstanding and I will definately use it again.
