  The product is truely excellent, great quality and has been greatly admired. My gripe is with the service I recieved as I ordered as a Christmas Present paid extra for next day delivery but in error it was posted 1st class so didn't arrive in time. Was promised contact and refund by seller but have heard nothing.

  Cheaper to go direct to seller than use not on the high street. Felt cheated they charged more. Good as shows lots of unique gifts but will go direct next time

  The product was excellent - their service was poor and took ages to contact me initially which paniced me as it was close to xmas and a gift. Also just afte purchasing i found the same product from same supplier £10 cheaper from 'Handpicked' mail order... not very happy about that.

  I was so impressed with the keyring, I was contacted promptly and given instructions on how to send the artwork through. Then it arrived quickly afterwards. The only criticism was that I didn't receive any confirmation that the scan had been received successfully which I did worry about!

  Highly recommended. A very good quality product for a reasonable price and reliable, personal service. Keyring from my daughter's drawing looks excellent. It was fine to post them the drawing when I couldn't scan it to email. Only point that's vaguely negative is i wouldn't choose to have the gift bag, the keyring comes in a nice little box and a bag folded up for the post seems a bit pointless to me!

  Sent artwork and asked for image to be cropped. Received keyring without correct artwork but a new, correct one was immediately sent out with no quibble. Everyone comments on how great it looks - would highly recommend and use again.

  The product was not descibed or explained well, I contacted the seller to try to get a refund but have not recieved it communication was poor
