  The personalised o/s map mugs looked an attractive product. BUT and this why I have only rated it good, is the fact that the scale appeared smaller than several old O/S maps I own and the fine detail on the oldest map mug of the two I ordered had become blurred! All the maps I have of this immediate area have Farnham or Farnham Royal Cottage clearly labelled especially as it was an important building with Royal connections in the 19th century. I was hoping it would be marked as I planned to send one to my son in Australia. I think the 'landscape' view tried to cover to wide an area, alas. Local friends who I showed my two mugs found it difficult to locate their homes too. So I am disappointed with the results, otherwise I would have ordered more if the definition was clearer and true to scale. I am sure my local Historical Group would have ordered some in bulk to sell for fund raising if the deal ail had been better. Please pass on my observations to the manufacturer I am convinced sales would improve especially with the three earlier map mugs. I am tempted by some of your other original produces. Good trading.   Really impressed. Difficult thought it would be, would it be possible to add more colour to your mugs? They need to keep their authenticity, and not modern interpretations of old maps, so I appreciate how tough this is. One thought would be to add different light shades for the back ground? By no means take this as a criticism, and my experience with you as a company suggests that you won't. I think the mugs are superb, and they have gone down very well with their recipients.

  The mug was very disappointing. The order form requested a postcode to identify the area to be illustrated on the mug but when the mug arrived the area was enormous and the road I had selected could barely be seen - it was basically a map of north east London rather than a specific postcode. Extremely disappointing as this was for a present.

  A bit of a leap of faith as it's hard to tell what yours will actually look like -maybe the seller could send a picture of the map that will be used prior to printing it on the mug? I was pleased with the results however and it was delivered quickly.

  Rated this poor simply because you cannot centre the map on an address and as the postcode I asked for was large the address wasn't shown on the mug. The quality of the map and mug was good

  not able to see the actual product and compare the maps that would be there when purchased so had to take a risk based on knowledege of local history but great idea. Might risk choosing an alternative map another time.

  I personally haven't seen the personalised map mug as I asked for it to be gift wrapped and sent straight to my Uncle. My only concern was that when he took it out of the outer wrapping - before he opened it - he knew what it was from the paperwork!! Spolit the surprise somewhat!!

  The map on the mug is not as clear as I had hoped. Although you enter a postcode the map itself covers a very large area and is very small in scale.

  Problem us that my map area is very built up and scale of map is too small so no detail of my street is visible. Quality of mug quite cheap

  Well packaged and promptly delivered, although I had hoped for a little more clarity of image - this may be because the area I wanted was in the city with a lot of detail. I am sure the recipient will be delighted with it.

  It is as it says but I was disappointed not to find some reference to the years chosen on the mug. I would go for the earlier years if I had my time again!
