This delightful game is a great activity for young children that will encourage them to develop their identfication skills. A classic learning game, children are encouraged to match the image on the jigsaw piece with the image on the base of the puzzle.
The clever thing about these particular matching puzzles is that children have to link the images by identifying what different animals eat on one puzzle, and different versions of an animal on the other. On the 'what do animals eat' puzzle, one half of the pair shows the animal, whilst the other half shows foods that the animals eat so the child has to match the animal with the food that they eat. On the 'which two animals belong together' puzzle, the child needs to match the two animals together. Some of the pictures are the same animals but different colours or differently positioned, whilst others encourage childrens knowledge of nature for example the butterflt matches with a caterpillar.
These game are a little more challenging than some, and will provide hours of entertainment. They make a great gift for your own child and is a perfect stocking filler or Christmas tree gift. It is also a great game to give to your childrens friends that is educational as well as fun!
