Welcome to Sketchbook Design....

In 2015 Michael Wylie started the Manchester based company Sketchbook Design. At Sketchbook, we produce high quality and hand-drawn typography designs and products. All of our designs are initially drawn free hand on paper and then inked in pen. This technique ensures each piece is truly original and unique.

Our designs are inspired by pop culture, including music, local history and football. Pairing emotive words and phrases with a range of type styles causes the viewer to take time exploring and engaging with the designs. All designs are available in a range of colours and printed on high quality paper making them the perfect addition to any wall or as a gift for someone special.

The collection is continually growing and there are many more designs and products in the pipeline.
