Bags of six scrumptious chocolate fish from Chocoholly. The chocolate is made with organic ingredients and is approved by the Soil Association. The milk chocolate won the Great Gold Taste Award in 2010.
Chocoholly was founded by Holly Caulfield, a successful artist based in Hove, who was inspired to make chocolate after seeing the film 'Chocolat'. Holly is always experimenting with ingredients but the four flavours on offer here are her favourites.
The rich milk, geranium and cardamom are all made with 46% cocoa solids.The geranium flavour is infused with geranium essential oil and the cardamom flavour is infused with cardamom essential oil.
The organic dark chocolate is made with 72% cocoa solids, coconut and chilli infused olive oil.
The mixed bag contains three flavours:- chilli and coconut, rich milk and cinnamon and cranberry. The cinnamon and cranberry is made with white chocolate.
Net weight: 82g.
Please note that there are possible nut traces in all flavours.

They were sent to my brother as a birthday gift - so I don't know, other than he said they were good.
