The tea light shell is press-moulded by hand and refined to a delicate tactile finish. Each shell is manipulated to form unique and beautiful pieces, with a crystaline glaze applied to interior.

16 Dec 2012I was very disappointed with the tea light shells. The crystaline glaze was described as 'red star' but it was mainly other, rather unattractive colours. Also, the base of them was very unsteady - they were rounded and 'rocked' around - and I thought that could be dangerous when flames and hot wax were involved.
