The delicate silver heart is designed by me and unique to Shere Design. Light and easy to wear, the heart hangs on a silver snake chain and is suitable for everyday as well special occasions.
Variations
The necklace is available in a polished or matt finish.
There are three different options for chain length; 16inch (40 cm), 18inch (45cm) or 20inch (50cm).
Up to four initial charms can be added to the heart, with an aditional cost per charm.
