03 Jan 2011The company were useless at communicating with their 'valued' customer. In fact they did not reply to any emails. When the product finally arrived, very late, there was a napkin missing from the set. Again they have not contacted me despite numerous emails from me. The product itself was of a very average standard and totally over priced. I will not be using this company again.
