Growing tips:
Start sowing your seeds from March and all year round for sprouting seeds like Cress.
Seeds can be started indoors in the pots and containers supplied filled with compost. Seedlings started in mini pots need to be planted in to bigger pots or a veg patch once they have grown two or three leaves. Sprouting seeds can be grown in jam jars! Full growing instructions are provided in the kit.
