This beautiful French painted Armoire is slightly larger than the others for sale at present as it measures 51 1/2" wide x 23" deep x 77" high.
The very decorative cornice supports two panelled doors with a working lock and key. The same decoration is followed into the detail on the legs of this very practical piece of furniture. The inside of the armoire has been left in its original state to show it authenticity but could be easily painted. The shelving provides a suitable space for use as a larder, office or cupboard. We have previously adapted this style for use as a wardrobe and an additional small charge is made for the work our competent, friendly joiner does for us.
