I love making these blankets my kids love them too...

This blanket is a one-off made from two layers of knitted 4ply cashmere on a chunky machine so its lovely and thick with a fantastic drape.

Pimped up with a 'Tree Hugger' applique on one side and 'LOVE' on the other. The 'Love' applique in this case is has been felted in the washing machine at 60 degrees and bonded and stiched on, it won't fray. The fabric tree only has bond around the edges so its lovely and soft and handles correctly. All are handstiched on .

They have been washed in the washing machine on a wool 30 degree wash...

The blanket has a nice weight to it all the elements work, the two wool layers are heavy enough to hold the crochet edging well.

It measures...100 x 90 cm
