We have sourced a very limited collection of genuine 1970's London Transport decimalisation posters.
A rare opportunity to own a piece of British D-Day history. Printed in December 1970 these posters would have been displayed on the London Underground and at London Bus Stations reminding customers of the impending D-Day. When on 14 February 1971 all London Underground fares would change to the new decimal coinage followed by all London Bus fares the following week.
This series of three posters have been in stored away for the past 39 years and are in mint condition.
We are selling these UNFRAMED. Each poster measures approx L68.5 x W23.5 cm.
