The blend contains relaxing Lavender from the Latin "Lavare" meaning to cleanse. Also Chamomile which has been used for over 2000 years to soothe the mind and body. In the language of flowers Chamomile stands for "Patience".
The blend is finished with English violet which is renowned for its fine scent and ability to aid relaxation.
