The recipient will receive their chocolate each month for the chosen number of months and a gift certificate with the first delivery saying who it is from. The first delivery will be made in 5-7 days after ordering and subsequent deliveries will be made in the first full week of each month thereafter. The price includes all shipping.

Cacao in its raw state is considered a superfood. It contains over 300 nutritional compounds, it is one of the richest sources of antioxidants and is full of essential minerals, especially rich in iron, zinc and magnesium.
Most chocolate is made with cacao that has been cooked and chemically treated. It is also usually full of refined sugar, processed oils, artificial preservatives and emulsifiers. Raw Chocolate by Ailey Mae has only pure, high quality ingredients and absolutely nothing artificial. It is sweetened with agave nectar which has a low GI, making it suitable for diabetics. It is sugar free, dairy free and gluten free.

Each bar is 9.5cm x 5.5cm. 40g (this is a minimum weight as all bars are hand poured)

Mint Raw Chocolate: An absolute classic, smooth and minty! Perfect as an after dinner treat and an absolute essential accompaniment to a fine cup of coffee. Ingredients (all organic): Raw cacao butter, raw cacao powder, raw coconut butter, agave nectar, essential oil of peppermint.
Orange And Brazil Nut Raw Chocolate: A smooth and delicious chocolate with an orangey zing and a delicious crunch of brazil nuts. Ingredients (all organic): Raw cacao butter, raw cacao powder, raw coconut butter, agave nectar, brazil nuts, sweet orange essential oil.
Rose and Pistachio Raw Chocolate: A delicious exotic taste reminiscent of the finest Turkish Delight. Ingredients (all organic): Raw cacao butter, raw cacao powder, raw coconut butter, agave nectar, raw pistachios, essential oil rose otto.
