Title - Seagull and lights - An embroidered textile wall panel featuring a 3D flying seagull and lights from my coastal range inspired by my local seaside.
My seaside range explores the notions of childhood seaside holidays. I especially remember being terrified of the seagulls at the beach.
Machine and hand embroidery on wool with vintage fabrics, recycled nappy pin and buttons.
Size -15 x 25 cm x 2.5cm
The textile picture is stretched over a wood box frame and backed with vintage wool or felt.
Ready to hang and gift wrapped in tissue paper.
Each one is handmade by Rachel and is a unique piece of artwork.
