Title- New York with taxi -An embroidered textile wall panel conveying a snapshot of New Yorks urban landscape.

My urban landscapes explores the sights and sound of every day New York. From the steaming subway manholes to the vibrancy of the lights to the hustle and bustle of people going to and from work.

Machine and hand embroidery on wool, decorated with vintage fabrics, tape measure and game counter. Also featuring 3d applique taxi.

Size -15 x 25 cm x 2.5cm

The textile picture is stetched over a wood box frame and backed with vintage wool.

Ready to hang and gift wrapped in tissue paper.

Each one is handmade by Rachel and is a unique piece of artwork.
