Personalised 'Grandma's House...' Sign by Primitive Angel Country Store
'Grandma's house, where grandchildren are treasured' . A gorgeous wooden sign for Grandma to be proud of.
Each sign is painted cream, edged in country green, distressed and finished off with an assortment of buttons, rusty wire and homespun ties. Fabrics may vary.
Comes with five shaker-style hearts as standard in various sizes and shades of colours, personalised with the names of all of Grandma's grandchildren.
If you don't need five hearts I will make it with the quantity you require or make it up to five with blank hearts (in case the family grows!). If you have more than five hearts the extra ones will hang from below, and if there is only six then this one will be attached to the middle heart.
Additional hearts can be added to include all of Grandma's little treasures, at an extra cost of £3.00 per additional heart.
Choose from: pinks, creams, lemons, greens, lilacs, blues, stones, dusky rose or duck egg, or any combination of these colours. White is not available.
Choose from our standard wording ('Grandma's house, where grandchildren are treasured') or choose your own wording.
Measures approx. 25x5cm (10"x2") excluding rusty wire and hearts.
To order, simply let me know the number of hearts you require, the names and colour for each heart listed in the order you would like them in (including any blank hearts) and the wording you would like on the sign.
If you choose to have blank hearts and need them personalising as the family grows then simply post the heart to Primitive Angel with a SAE and I will do this for you free of charge.
This truly is a wonderful and unique keepsake, and will certainly be a talking point in any home.
