Poppadom
Poppadom has taken the jewel colours and exquisite hand embroidery of the Indian saris and created a glamorous collection of clothes and accessories. These are complimented by a unique range of semi-precious, pearl and silver jewellery.
Many of the products are unique in either colour or embroidery.
Charty Dugdale and Mouse Aboyne started Poppadom whilst working for a street children charity in Delhi. They wanted to bring Indian fabrics to the UK through western designs, as well as create an outlet abroad for the charities they had become associated with to sell their products eg tweed waistcoats from a womens charity in the Himalayan foothills.
