Semillon wine vinegar is made in a cool fermentation process using a Champagne culture to produce the very best quality vinegar that expresses the nature and taste of the original grape variety.
Being slightly more acidic than the Sauvignon vinegar variety, Semillon makes the perfect marinade for chicken but equally delicious dipped with some fresh bread.
