Deep purple in colour with a flavour to match, the Cabernet Franc red wine vinegar is one of our favourites!
It is made in a cool fermentation process using a Champagne culture to produce the very best quality vinegar that expresses the nature and taste of the original grape variety.
Traditionally, the cabernet Franc grape is used in small quantities in the typical blend that makes up a Bordeaux red. In its vinegar form, you can taste and smell the grape making it wonderfully fruity and flavoursome. Try using with fruity deserts.
No sugar or artificial flavourings are added, they are 100% natural and delicious! Perfect for the healthy ingredient conscious cook .
