If you want to hang the balloons up as we have done in the photographs here are some tips:
1 Sew clear thread in the opening of the balloon or if the fish through the top fin and then use white tack (same as blue but white!) to attach to ceiling.
2 Unfold a paperclip to make a coiled hook and insert into the hole of the balloon, make a hook with the other end and tie on the thread and attach as above
3 Insert a small chunky elastic band into the hole , tie on the thread and attach as in NO.1
4 Use a match stick and break of the head .Cut a length of thread or twine as we have used and tie it to the centre of the match.Slot the match stidk carefully in the hole of the balloon making sure you hold on the the thread and position it so it acts as a bar insdei the balloon...then hang it up.
