Five Japanese Paper Balloons by Petra boase

Made from bright, crisp environmental paper, you will love these traditional Japanese paper balloons. Each balloon comes flat;To use, simply blow in the hole which will force the balloon to expand,inflate and form into its circular shape character. The balloons can be flattened and blown up over and over again. Great for party bags, small gifts, stockings and decorations in bedrooms and nurseries.
If you want to hang the balloons up as we have done in the photographs here are some tips:
1 Sew clear thread in the opening of the balloon or if the fish through the top fin and then use white tack (same as blue but white!) to attach to ceiling.
2 Unfold a paperclip to make a coiled hook and insert into the hole of the balloon, make a hook with the other end and tie on the thread and attach as above
3 Insert a small chunky elastic band into the hole , tie on the thread and attach as in NO.1
